A partner of the firm since 2004, he graduated in Law from the University of Padua and joined the Bar in 2001. Luca focuses on civil and commercial law, assisting companies in the acquisition or disposal of shareholdings, in Italian and international contracts, in the protection of corporate assets, in assisting directors and control bodies, as well as in extraordinary corporate transactions.
