LEXAS Studio Legale Associato established its roots in Vicenza in 1992, when lawyers Paolo Caprara and Sergio Benetti created the initial nucleus, which expanded over time with the arrival of lawyers Silvano Ciscato and Ilaria Magaraggia in 2001, the year in which the firm took on the name Caprara & Associati. That same year, lawyers Andrea Faresin and Luca Siviero joined the firm, completing the team of current Associates.
Over the course of time, other professionals joined the firm, including lawyers Anna Valentina Bernardi, who deals with international law and contracts, Chiara Fraccaro, expert in family law, Andrea Tiso, specialist in labour law, Roberta Varotto, practicing civil law and, most recently, Professor Mauro Trivellin and lawyer Andrea Imbimbo, who created the tax law business unit.
The structure was created over the course of time with the aim of integrating professionals with skills capable of assisting domestic companies, both nationally and internationally, as well as private clients, ensuring a range of skills that enables the firm to work alongside clients by grasping their point of view, assessing the consequences of each decision from all aspects involved, and evaluating decisions in pursuit of fulfilment of concrete goals.
A pragmatic approach and constant attention to the cost-benefit ratio of any strategic choice characterise the way LEXAS operates.
