Anna Valentina has been with the firm since 2007 and graduated in Law with honours from the University of Ferrara. Winner of a postgraduate research grant, she specialised at the Christian-Albrecht-Universität in Kiel (Germany). After working for a prestigious law firm specialising in international law, Anna Valentina has gained more than 20 years of experience in civil and commercial law. As an expert in national and international contracts, she advises and assists companies out of court in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts (supply, distribution, agency, tenders, etc.), also providing technical defence in litigation. Anna Valentina speaks German and English fluently.
