Andrea has been with the firm since 2017 and graduated in Law from the University of Verona. A member of AGI, Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani, (Italian Association of Labour and Employment Lawyers), Andrea’s practice focuses on labour and employment law and civil law. In the field of labour and employment law, Andrea provides assistance in judicial and out-of-court proceedings, dismissals, disciplinary proceedings, accidents at work, recovery of labour claims, demotion, mobbing, recognition of superior qualification, agency contracts, non-competition agreements, fixed-term contracts. In the civil law area, Andrea focuses on contracts, civil liability, successions, leases, debt collection.
