A partner of the firm since 2004, he graduated in Law from the University of Padua. Andrea advises on administrative law with specific focus on town planning and construction, expropriations, environment, public procurement, trade and real estate. Andrea has acted as defence counsel for public entities, public and private companies and citizens before ordinary courts, ordinary administrative courts (in about 200 applications to the Regional Administrative Court or the Council of State), special administrative courts (e.g. the Superior Court of Public Waters and the National Bar Council) and before the Court of Auditors, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Andrea is a speaker at conferences and seminars organised by public bodies, professional associations and professional training associations on topics of administrative law.
