A founding partner of the firm, he graduated in Law from the University of Bologna. Silvano focuses on administrative law, in particular town planning, trade, public services, with a special focus on economically significant local public services, and public companies. Silvano acts as defence counsel before the ordinary and special administrative courts, such as the Superior Court of Public Waters and the National Bar Council, before the Court of Auditors and, where technical support is required in public matters, before the ordinary, civil and criminal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Silvano is a speaker at conferences and seminars organised by public bodies, universities, professional associations and professional training associations on topics of administrative law.
